How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Throwsides Windows & Siding wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Throwsides Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please understand that Throwsides Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@throwsides.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help as well.
